Suddenly he lost over half of his clients and his income dropped to $4,000 a month. Considering his mortgage was $3,200 a month and he had over $1,000 per month in business expenses, he had to turn to credit cards. 6 months later, Hal had racked up over $52,000 in credit card debt. He could no longer afford to pay his mortgage so he lost his house to the bank. Things were spiraling out of control. He stopped working out and become deeply depressed and suicidal. One day, while on a run he heard a Jim Rohn quote that would change his life. “Your level of success will seldom exceed your level of personal development." He was suddenly insprired to create the personal development habits that would create and sustain the success he wanted. He researched the best personal development practices, and came out with six. The next morning, he woke up at 6am to do what he now refers to as the “Life S.A.V.E.R.S." Silence (meditation) Affirmations Visualization Exercise Reading Scribing (writing) In less than 2 months, his income went from $4,000 to $12,000 without changing jobs. He was simply applying the lessons he was learning from his reading, and had developed the right mental attitude to scale his business 300%. Hal went from being in the worst shape of his life to running a 52 mile ultra-marathon, and his depression was gone in a matter of days. His transformation was so radical that he began to call it his “Miracle Morning”. Today, the Miracle Morning has made a material impacts in the lives of many of today’s successful entrepreneurs.
