PEAK stands for Position, Engagement, Action, and Kinetic.

• Position is the most important part. It’s all about you and not about you.
• Engagement, the critical components are awareness, attention, and mood.
• Action. After engagement you have to take action. Big Goal… Small Action.
• Kinetic, meaning being dependent upon movement for effect. Transfer of energy or action.
