We can only move to the light we’ve uncovered inside of ourselves.

Being aware of your programming, beliefs, and the way you are living verses the life you envision unlocks choices, opportunity, and happiness.

To learn more about creating awareness, the law of attraction, the power of being, and how to match the frequency of the reality you want, tune into episode 18.

A lot of changes have been brought into my world recently, and I knew I needed to do something different, mainly that I needed to re-evaluate my day to day patterns to see what I needed to change. Ron Patulski’s name has been coming up in a lot of my conversations recently. Ron is a CPA, business owner, and business performance coach. In my conversations with Ron, I have gained so much insight and awareness on where I am at on my journey to having the life that I want, as well as the programming that I need to shift that is not working for me.

This is why I asked Ron to have a conversation with me. A lot of people do not realize that everything is energy and ultimately starts with them. You have choices and do not have to live a life influenced by your past or beliefs. Ron’s message is universal and it is my hope that our conversation can be a resource on the path to building your good life.

Listen in as we take a deep dive into the quantum physics perspective. We breakdown the cause and effect module, and how this plays into our day to day. We discuss the importance of defining your happiness, being aware of your programming, perception verses projection, and using the law of attraction to manifest relationships, happiness, and the life you desire.

Ron helps others understand a level of happiness that exist and coaches them on where to start when becoming clear on who they want to become and achieving their happiness. From working with Ron, I had an epiphany on my own life as a business owner, how I interact with people, and the type of people I am attracting. What I realized was that I needed to use my energy and mind to attract the type of people that I wanted to work with. Instead, I have attracted other people fighting from my same perspective and programming, and our compounding issues prevented our teams performance.

This is why I am obsessed with my conversation with Ron. The awareness from our conversation is bringing this to my attention. Awareness helps me shift what is not working for me, and creates the choices, opportunity, and energy change that is crucial to my key relationships and good life I envision.

When you’re ready to start taking action on manifesting the reality that you want, listen to episode 18.

“Things which are most personal, are most universal.”

You are not alone on your journey  and having a safe space where you can connect and grow with like minded individuals will support you on the path to living from your true self and building the life you envision.

If you want to learn more about overcoming shame, uncovering your purpose, finding your voice, and moving forward in motherhood, dating, and life with confidence, listen to episode 16.

Staying open minded and in a constant state of discovery to be exposed to different ways of thinking, lifestyles, and the journeys that people take on the path to their good life is so important to me. It’s conversations like these that help me re-solidify the importance of protecting my mind and input so that I can maintain a positive and accountable mindset.

I am grateful to have had the opportunity to connect and have a conversation with Claire Brown. Claire and I are both parents, entrepreneurs, and real estate business professionals. One thing I can not relate to Claire on, is being a single mother and living with all of the overwhelming challenges of responsibility, fear, and shame. Despite life’s obstacles, today Claire is achieving balance and success in her personal and work life.

Claire share’s with me her story on overcoming heartbreak, fear, and shame after her divorce, and how she’s been able to gain flexibility, freedom, and confidence in her life since then. Claire has now been working and succeeding in real estate with Keller Williams for 6 years, started a podcast, has written a book, has been a real estate and business coach, and has created a Power Women community for single mothers and women to connect, learn, and grow together. I am truly wowed and motivated by Claire’s story, mindset, and achievements. It is my hope that you too can be inspired, take on new insights, and learn from her journey.

Claire also shares with me more about her background, her journey to where she’s at today, and her successes. We break down her book, “Ring or Fling: The Power Woman’s Guide to Self-Discovery, Setting Standards, and Dating with Confidence”, as well as the “Power Women” Facebook community that she created as a safe place for single mothers and women to have a voice and support, while learning and growing from each other.

We discuss how Claire manages the mindset that’s required to be a “power woman”. Claire shares with me some tips on how to overcome the overwhelming feeling of being smothered by obligation and responsibility to become more flexible, and establish more freedom to succeed at a high level. We also cover overcoming your past experiences and fears, being vulnerable, and living from our authentic selves.

Claire is truly inspiring. She’s a woman who is succeeding and winning in motherhood, her personal life, and her business, despite having a full time partner. I believe other women can gain clarity and establish new found inspiration on overcoming their own obstacles, shame and fear, to ultimately find their voice and purpose in life after listening to our conversation. Take inspired action now towards strengthening your best asset - you - and achieving the confidence necessary on the path to living the life you desire and listen to episode 16 now.

You don’t grow from success. You grow from failure.

When we fail we’re discovering what doesn’t work, and we are taught what not to do in the future.

If you’re ready to hear more about letting go, moving on, and learning from failure, listen to episode 15.

My conversation with Steve Sims was powerful and inspirational. The energy and excitement he brings is absolutely contagious, and I loved every minute of it! Steve Sims is the founder and CEO of the luxury concierge service Bluefish. In 2017, he published a book, “Bluefishing: The Art of Making Things Happen.”

Steve shares with me more about himself, what he’s been up to, and how things are going with his consulting and coaching company. Steve tells me about the powerful moment in his life at age 15, where he saw the vision of his life. He talks about the effect that it made on his choices from that moment, and how he was ultimately able to break the cycle. He now helps others break the cycle by identifying their failures, keep moving, and take action on what they’ve learned from those failures.

We break down the key points in Steve’s book, “Bluefishing: The Art Of Making Things Happen”. I read this book prior to having our conversation, and was absolutely blown away and honestly had wished I would have read it 10, even 20 years sooner. One of my top three values that’s also discussed in the book is initiative, so I could really relate in terms of taking action.

We discuss finding your passion, motivation and ignorance, and the importance of not listening to naysayers, negative self talk and sabotage. We talk about the benefits of being comfortable in uncomfortable situations, as well as seeing the silver lining in all situations.

Steve and I share our breaking and turning point moments in life where we felt like we gave into our negative self talk, focused on the wrong things, and in a sense “sold out”. It was great to connect and relate to him on this growing experience in my own life.

I love Steve’s analogies and insights. I’ve taken away so much value and insight that i'll be implementing on my own path to building my good life. As Steve said, now is a beautiful time to focus on the most greatest asset you’ll ever have which is you. So when you’re ready , tune into episode 15.

Most people are unsuccessful because they’re not clear on the vision of their future and unwilling to endure the monotony of success.

Are you willing to put in the work necessary to define your future self, establish your financial number, and ultimately create the good life you desire?

If you’re inspired to get connected and learn more about  how you can start working towards manifesting your freedom goals into reality, tune into episode 14.

Vlad Kats and I have a conversation, where I learn more about his background, his 15 year journey to where he’s at today, and his accomplishments. Vlad started his journey right after graduating college as a business major, where he started working for the US government. It wasn’t until 2005, that he uncovered his love for helping people achieve their financial goals when he began working in real estate.

Today, Vlad is passionate about serving others and helping entrepreneurs grow their wealth and business through the Thrive Real Estate Network. In this community, he works with some of the top real estate business leaders on their journey as they work towards their business and freedom goals. The community is a place where these leaders can grow and learn together.

I can really resonate and connect with Vlad’s obsession to serve and the purpose behind what he does. Just like the Thrive Real Estate Network, It is my mission and passion to provide you the community to learn and grow from each other as we are all working towards operating from our future selves and building the life we desire.

Vlad and I break down the difference between flexibility and freedom, and how these analogies go hand in hand. We discuss the importance of getting clear on your future self and freedom goal, and how we can connect with other high level individuals based off our freedom number and journey. We also share the ways we are teaching these values and philosophies to our own children to help set them up for future success, change the future generation, and make an impact.

I admire Vlad’s work and how he has been able to pivot in such a short period of time. I have watched and respected him from afar and am honored to have finally been able to dig a little deeper and have this one-on-one conversation with him.

This is why I love having these conversations. They expose me to new ideas on the path to my own good life and this conversation is a perfect example. We mold into the conversations and connections we are making which is why they are crucial to the path of our desired life. When you’re ready to get connected and tune into the conversation, listen to episode 14.

You are NOT a product of your circumstances. You ARE a product of YOUR CHOICES.

Are you ready to break free from your limiting beliefs and self sabotage?

If you want to learn more about the power of perspective in overcoming challenges, and navigating through the path to joy and success in spite of adversity, tune into episode 13.

In my conversation with Tommy Sigman, I learn more about his journey, struggles, and how he has been able to persevere and achieve in his life after growing up in unfortunate circumstances. Tommy was kicked out at the age of 13, and then given a second chance after being placed in foster care. He is now thriving, having written his own book, starting a non profit, and succeeding academically in school.

Tommy shares with me how shifting his mindset, adapting gratitude, and making the best out of his situations got him through and changed the course of his life. I could really connect to this because out of my 3 core values in life, gratitude is my top priority. When you express gratitude in your life, you feel more joy, build stronger relationships, have more positive experiences, and deal with adversity.

Tommy and I take a deeper dive into the framework of his new non profit, that is designed to teach kids from low income communities and foster care the skills and resources to help them thrive psychologically and physically in life. Tommy’s passion is to help them ultimately break the ties to their earlier experiences in life, and paint a positive, clear vision for their future.

We also discuss Tommy’s book, “The Greatest Advantage”, where he shares his journey through neglect, instability, child abandonment, and getting a second chance in life through foster care and a new mindset. He shares the lessons he’s learned from these experiences in hopes to guide others to new heights of possibility, help them break past their self-sabotaging tendencies, and overcome the idea that they are a product of their circumstances.

I left my conversation with Tommy absolutely blown away by his wisdom, outlook, and successes despite the cards he has been dealt. I am truly inspired by his passion, and desire to help other children dealing with similar unfortunate circumstances. I am also passionate about guiding young adults and foster children to be set up for success in their future through Quantum Leap. I am truly excited and grateful for the opportunity to connect with him, have this powerful conversation, and be given the chance to help him on his mission in the future.

When you’re ready to take control of your mindset, perspective, and path to your future, listen to episode 13.

Do you desire a deeper relationship with those who matter most to you?

Do you understand the importance of being intentional in developing those key relationships, and having the right conversations that pull you towards the vision of your good life?

If you want to gain insight on your own key relationships, what you can do to develop and strengthen those connections, and how sweetening those relationships can really make a difference, listen to episode 12.

In my conversation with Paige Cosby, she shares her journey with me to where she’s at today; From working at Mary Kay in her early 20’s, to uncovering her passion and achieving growth and successes in the Real Estate industry today. Paige also share’s with me her leadership, motivation, successes, and personal experience in blending her and her husband’s families after forming their new marriage together.

Paige talks about her experience at BOLD, a training event that teaches real estate agents powerful tools to thrive in their business. This experience completely shifted her mindset and outlook on her blended family, and how she’s been able to adapt what she’s learned not only at home but in her business too.  We discuss how this mindset shift brought on her inspiration and creation of her passion project, Blended Bloopers, an online community for people in blended families. She’s not only been able to connect with other blended families, but she’s also been able to repair relationships within her own blended family.

Listen in to episode twelve as Paige and I go a little deeper into Blended Bloopers, the Facebook page blended between work and family, that she created around understanding the dynamics of blended families, learning to compromise, and fostering those relationships in that environment. Paige’s hope and mission is that the page will be a community where they can keep each other encouraged and mindsets lifted.

I can truly connect to Paige’s mission. Her and I are both blessed to create the conversations that are necessary to others in order for them to grow and experience new ideas and opportunities.  People grow into the conversations around them, and it’s important to show up and put yourself in the right ones that support you on the path to the life you envision.

What’s different about my conversation with Page, is that I left it wanting to adapt a whole other dimension to what “living the good life” means to me. What I have learned is that although you may have the time and resources to do what you want to do, having the right people and connections to do those things with is a crucial part in living your best life.

Paige is a lifelong friend of mine and it has been inspiring and motivating to watch her OVERCOME obstacles, even when self inflicted, along her journey. We went to school together and even rented suites in the same office park. Even with that being said, I was still able to take immense value and insight from our conversation in episode 12 that I will take away and apply to the relationships that matter most to me, my vision of the life I desire, and plans for The Mentee.

If you’re ready to take inspired action towards deepening the key relationships in your life, listen to episode 12.

Is your work-life balance aligned so that you can live the life you desire?

Are you surrounding yourself with high level people that support the path to your success and life you envision?

If you want to learn more about establishing balance, reducing stress, and living your good life by working and connecting with motivated and talented people, listen to episode 11.

In my conversation with Gene Rivers, he shares his journey with me to where he’s at today;31 years in the business, and how he was able to recover and upscale his real estate businesses after the devastation of hurricanes in the 2000’s. Gene hasn’t lost a single business. I am truly fascinated with his story, as I too went through similar hard times in my business after my town flooded in 2016.

I remember listening to Gene talk on Geoff’s podcast, The One Thing back in 2017. This conversation changed the way I think about being a business owner and the possibilities to create the life I desire. I’ve learned that time is the most valuable thing and it is crucial how we spend it. I find value in my conversation with Gene because he helps me understand better how I can be more intentional with my choices and making sure they’re aligned with my vision.

Listen in to episode eleven as Gene and I go a little deeper into the Quantum Leap. This changed my perspective on the seasons of life and the importance of keeping up with the things that are important now while leaving the rest, so that I can establish balance, success, and ultimately create the life that I want to live.

We discuss how Gene manages his work dynamic by leading others through accountability, how he is able to attract high level employees to create opportunities, growth and success, and how he curates conversations so that people can continue to continuously grow and up their game in the world of real estate and business ownership.

I know I left this conversation with inspiration, and valuable takeaways that I can’t wait to implement in my life and vision for The Mentee. I am grateful for the opportunity to help like minded people on the path to their good life by exposing them to these conversations, new ideas, opportunities and connections!

When you’re ready to tune in, listen to episode eleven.

What does the good life mean to you?

Have you gained clarity on what is most important to you and the steps you need to take to get there?

If you’re ready to start getting connected and building the relationships necessary towards achieving your good life, listen to episode 10.

In my conversation with Garrett Maroon, I learn more about his story, and the journey to where he’s at now with two real estate teams and his training company, Business By Referral. Garrett now helps other agents and business achieve growth and success by teaching them the system and tools he’s implemented to take his business to the next level by building relationships and referrals alone.

I was introduced to Garrett through my partner in The Inner Circle, Jake Dreyfuss. Garrett has a track record that I am truly inspired by and interested in learning from. Not only that, but he has been able to build his business at a high level through relationships, while establishing balance in his personal/work life with his family. As a father and business owner myself, I value how he has been able to counterbalance his family while building a successful business.

Listen in to episode ten and learn more about how you can build relationships and get connected to your clients, resulting in more referrals and taking your business to the next level.

We discuss the importance gaining clarity on what’s most important to you, establishing counterbalance, and the role and benefits of having a coach to help you getting clear on your goals, staying focused, and ultimately helping you achieve success and your good life.

When you’re ready to get clear on the path towards your good life and building the relationship necessary to help you get there, tune into episode 10!
