Today’s episode is something special my friends. If you’ve asked yourself that question before then be sure you listen to Season 2 Episode 35 with Starbucks International former president Howard Behar.

In order to lead and help others you must first learn to lead yourself. Once you’ve done that you must then learn how to lead others by being of service to them. Howard was 44 years of age when he started with Starbucks and they encouraged him to use all his years of experience to put the people first and help explode the companies growth.

There is a big lesson in this episode… before you can lead others, you must be able to lead yourself.

In this episode we focused on: 1. How to be a Conscious competent in terms of leading people
2. How to take affirmations from black and white and turn them into color
3. Affirmations don’t work unless you do this.
